Refund policy

Use of the Service

Users of the website www.signorbit.com undertake to provide only truthful and accurate contact information.

The customer agrees to use the Service in accordance with these contractual provisions, applicable laws, and any other current regulations, and in any case not to engage in or encourage any unlawful conduct or conduct that may infringe upon the rights, interests, or prerogatives of third parties.

The customer undertakes to verify that the content of the files sent to Signorbit.com complies with the laws in force, particularly with regard to criminal provisions concerning pornography, violence, pedophilia, as well as laws relating to intellectual property.

Signorbit.com reserves the right to refuse orders and/or report any violations of applicable laws.

The customer acknowledges and accepts that the acquisition of any material or data through the use of the Service occurs under their sole responsibility and at their own risk, including any damage caused to systems or loss of data.

The customer therefore understands that any risks arising from the use of the Service are borne solely by the customer, and Signorbit.com shall not be held responsible in the event of partial or total loss of data.

Users are advised to always keep their own backup copies of the files submitted.

Processed files are deleted from Signorbit.com systems within 5 days after the order has been printed.

Finally, Signorbit.com does not guarantee the results obtainable through the file submission service, nor the quality, accuracy, or reliability of the data sent or received through the website if they do not comply with the technical specifications recommended in the product description sheets available on the website.


Liability and Limitations of the Service

The customer shall be solely responsible for the content of the files that will be printed by Signorbit.com, over which Signorbit.com does not exercise any control.

If the user’s conduct no longer complies with these terms and conditions, or if Signorbit.com believes, at its sole discretion, that such conduct may cause damage, it reserves the right to take any action it deems necessary.


Prices

The selling prices indicated on the website are expressed in euros (€), including VAT, excluding shipping costs which are borne by the user.

Signorbit.com reserves the right to change prices without prior notice, but undertakes to apply the prices in force at the time the order is placed (i.e., those shown on the website).


Deliveries

Orders are delivered to the address indicated by the customer at the time the order is placed.

Delivery times indicated on the website are for guidance only and may be modified at any time.

Signorbit.com shall not be held responsible under any circumstances for direct or indirect damages caused by delays in delivery or by the loss of shipments by the courier.

If the indicated delivery times are not respected, we will open an investigation with the courier service.

During this period, no refunds or product replacements can be issued.


Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Italian Legislative Decree No. 206/2005 (Consumer Code), customers acting as consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the receipt of the products, without any penalty and without providing any reason.


How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must clearly communicate their intention within 14 days of receiving the goods by sending a notification to:

The communication may be sent via email, certified email (PEC), or registered mail.

The customer may use the standard withdrawal form provided in Annex I of the Consumer Code, but this is not mandatory.


Return of Goods

The customer must return the products within 14 days from the notification of withdrawal.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in cases involving defective products.

Products must be returned in good condition, complete with original packaging, and suitable for resale.


Replacement for Defective Products

When exercising the right of withdrawal, if the customer believes the product received is defective or damaged, they may request a replacement instead of a refund.

In this case:

  • the shipping costs for the replacement product will be covered by Signorbit.com

  • the original product must be returned in conditions suitable for inspection, including the original packaging


Refund

In the event of withdrawal, Signorbit.com will refund all payments received from the customer (excluding any initial shipping costs) within 14 days from the notification of withdrawal.

The refund may be withheld until the returned goods have been received.


Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

The provision of the Service shall be exclusively governed by Italian law.

Any dispute arising from this agreement shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Frosinone (Italy).
