Important: Sign with Reservation
When the courier delivers the goods you have ordered, please first check that the packaging is intact.
Even if the packaging appears to be in good condition, we kindly ask you to sign the delivery note with reservation of inspection.
If the packaging appears intact but the goods inside are damaged, without signing “with reservation” it will not be possible to open a claim with the courier.
Once the order is confirmed, how long will it take for the goods to arrive at my address?
Signorbit.com processes orders within 24–48 business hours, depending on the complexity of the product, and hands them over to the courier in the afternoon.
The courier then takes charge of the shipment and delivers it within 18 to 72 hours, depending on the destination (for example islands or areas that are more difficult to reach logistically).
