How to install them:
Surface preparation:
Ensure the wall is smooth, clean, dry, and free of dust or grease.
Panel cutting:
Use a circular saw, miter saw, or jigsaw with a wood/plastic blade for precise cuts.
Gluing:
Apply an assembly adhesive based on MS Polymer or polyurethane to the back of the panel in vertical beads or zig-zags.
Position the panel on the wall and press firmly for a few seconds.
Insert the next panel into the tongue-and-groove joint for a perfect fit.
Technical note on expansion in outdoor environments:
WPC, like all composite materials, may undergo slight expansion or contraction due to temperature and humidity variations.
Practical advice:
Leave a small expansion joint (about 2-3 mm) between the panel and corners, floor, or ceiling.
In environments with strong temperature fluctuations (verandas, covered outdoor areas), ensure the wall is stable and use elastic adhesives to compensate for movement.
Additional fastening (optional):
For installation on plasterboard or imperfectly smooth surfaces, use headless pins or concealed screws for more secure fastening.
Advantages:
Simple assembly even for DIY enthusiasts
Tongue-and-groove joint for a uniform and professional result
No special maintenance required: just a damp cloth to clean
Resistant to humidity, impacts, and scratches
Gives environments a modern and refined look
