How to install them:
Surface preparation:
Make sure the wall is smooth, clean, dry and free from dust or grease .
Cutting panels:
Use a circular saw, chop saw, or jigsaw with a wood/plastic blade to achieve precise cuts.
Gluing:
Spread a mounting adhesive based on MS Polymer or polyurethane on the back of the panel in vertical or zigzag bead patterns.
Place the panel on the wall and press firmly for a few seconds .
Insert the next panel into the tongue-and-groove groove for a perfect fit.
Technical note on expansion in external environments:
WPC, like all composite materials, can undergo slight expansion or contraction based on changes in temperature and humidity.
Practical advice:
Leave a small expansion joint (about 2-3 mm ) between the panel and the corners, floor or ceiling.
In environments with significant temperature changes (verandas, covered exteriors), check that the wall is stable and use elastic glues to compensate for movements.
Additional fixing (optional):
When installing on plasterboard or surfaces that are not perfectly smooth, use headless nails or concealed screws for a more secure fixing.
Advantages:
Easy assembly even for DIYers
Tongue-and-groove interlocking for a uniform and professional result
No special maintenance required: just a damp cloth to clean
Resistant to humidity, shock and scratches
Gives a modern and refined look to the rooms
