STEELIO - Self-Supporting Steel Kit for Perforated Panels

The STEELIO kit is a versatile solution designed to create self-supporting dividers using perforated PVC panels from Signorbit or even self-supporting advertising panels 1 cm thick, ideal for indoor and outdoor use.

Key technical features include:

- Material and resistance: The supports are made of 0.3 mm thick pickled sheet metal, powder-coated with a scratch-resistant and anti-corrosion textured finish, offering durability and resistance to weathering.
- Internal groove: With a 12 mm internal groove, the supports allow for the insertion and fastening of both Signorbit perforated panels and 1 cm thick advertising panels, making STEELIO perfect for self-supporting promotional solutions.
- Support feet: The laser-cut feet are designed to ensure stability and to form a self-supporting structure together with the inserted panels.
- Screw holes and ground fixing: There are 4 holes on the guide sides of the supports for inserting 40 mm steel screws (included), to ensure a secure clamping between the materials. In addition, there are two holes on the feet for ground fixing, to anchor the structure as needed.
- Dimensions and weight: The STEELIO kit, consisting of two units, weighs 6.5 kg and has an overall height of 198 cm or 148 cm. It is compatible with 198 cm high PVC perforated panels and 148 cm high panels with a thickness of 1 cm.

Thanks to its robustness and versatility, STEELIO is ideal not only for creating room dividers but also for creating self-supporting advertising structures in exhibition spaces, showrooms, or promotional events, simply by inserting a rigid plastic advertising panel with a maximum thickness of 12 mm.
